The Legal and Assignments Group is able to consider and advise on legal issues relating to intellectual property within the ambit of the firm's general business.

The Group has considerable experience in handling changes of ownership of intellectual property rights and recordal of new owners at patent offices throughout the world. The Group is headed by Andrew Webb who has extensive experience of all aspects of law relating to intellectual property and who holds a Patent Agent Litigator Certificate entitling him to act as a litigator in patent infringement matters before the High Court.
