Charlotte is experienced in advising clients on all aspects of trade mark clearance, filing and registration, as well as enforcement. Charlotte has particular experience in enforcing clients' IP rights in the online sphere including litigating proceedings before ICANN and the other domain name dispute resolution authorities around the world.
She is often involved in contentious trade mark work, providing clients with pragmatic, commercially focused advice on protecting, defending and developing the value of their brands.
